Since its incorporation, formalighting has always complied with applicable laws & regulations, operating ethically and responsibly, practicing corporate governance. However, risk-management is no substitute for the lessons our mistakes can teach us.

While cultured, trusted systems in place for accountability, can prevent and minimize, it is through operational transparency that we can identify those unforeseen distresses and their consequences.

From June 2024, formalighting’s management has renewed our commitment to revisit and evaluate behaviors to ensure there is safety in dialogue and open communication, both internally and with third party consultants engaged to provide impartiality. As our business evolves and our team grows, inclusivity, fairness and reliability become a measure of that safety.

As part of our responsibility towards the environment and stakeholders, we can appreciate that a company can only foster change when there is commitment from top management.
The mission and participation of implementing process-related certifications is a testament that our management are fully committed.
Furthermore, we rely on independent providers to evaluate our corporate social responsibility, and the formalighting team to act as internal auditors and be actively involved in adopting the practices that ensure transparency and accountability.
The integration of these practices in our company culture, are further examined by External Auditors who challenge our team to keep setting new goals to meet our renewed commitment, optimize management processes, and demonstrate our purpose driven business philosophy and our humanity.
