What a wonderful evening at the 10th darc awards by darc media and Light Collective.
For the 10th anniversary of the darc awards, we collaborated with Michael Grubb Studio to design an iconic installation – 𝐓𝐄𝐍-𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬!
With the theme of 10, to celebrate 10 years of the darc awards, TEN-tacles took a playful approach and presented a cascade of illuminated, writhing tentacles -suspended from above.
Our motorized Moto-Jojo pendants allowed the tentacles to come alive, bringing a sense of movement, whilst the flexible linear LED lengths formed smaller, glowing tentacles.

As always, the darc awards celebrates fabulous examples of lighting design in structures, places, art installations, and events, and of course lighting kit.
