At Milan Design Week 2026, within the exhibition-event The New State of Materials, curated by Materially, we are presenting ORNAMENTALE, which is the result of the design expertise and vision of lighting design studio D'Alesio&Santoro, combined with the technological and manufacturing know-how of formalighting.
ORNAMENTALE is a family of lighting products featuring phytostimulating LED spectrum for indoor greenery, designed around the real needs of plants without compromising the chromatic quality of the surrounding. The high CRI ensures a natural perception of materials, colors, and surfaces, while the availabilty of different color temperatures allows integration into various architectural contexts.
The system is available in four main types: Double, Single and Spotlight, in two sizes Standard and Maxi. Each solution addresses specific requirements in terms of light distribution and power, to suit a wide range of vertical layouts and spatial configurations: from compat to more architecturally complex greenery installations. It walls, extended green surfaces, indoor flowerbeds, as well as small-scale installations integrated into the space.
