With a menu by star Chef Mauro Colagreco and premium beef selected by our Master Butcher, Grill 58 is the go-to restaurant for exceptional steak and a destination for food and wine connoisseurs around the world. We take pride in our selection of meat and seafood where you can choose the preparation of your choice from simple grilling over wood embers, or expertly prepared by our teppanyaki chef.

The meat at Grill 58 is sourced by MGM Master Butcher from the best ranchers around the world. Beef is dry-aged in a custom-built Himalayan salt meat-aging room, served to guests?preferred cut perfectly charred and cooked to their tastes. Grill 58 also offers a wide selection of fish, seafood and other meats, with an extensive wine and sake list ensuring all guests find something to complement their meals.

Our Michelin two-star award-winning chef, Mauro Colagreco, is known for dishes driven by high quality fresh ingredients as well as his Mediterranean driven cuisine. His restaurant Mirazur in Menton, France has been ranked #3 in the world by The World 50 Best Restaurants 2018. Chef Colagreco love for exceptional, authentic, natural and rare products that make unique moments of sharing at Grill 58.

Space and light permeate the open-air restaurant. For a unique experience, book a table in our 4,000-bottle wine cellar, or liven things up at the 14-seat teppanyaki counter. Two private, Japanese-style teppanyaki rooms are also available. The main restaurant overlooks the Spectacle, a dazzling visual feast in itself. With an entrance accessed by its own elevator, Grill 58 is ideal for special occasions, celebrations, or simply a place for some of the best meat in Macau.
